    Each of the 3 titles can be sold separately or kept together to continue and expand the business.
    The smallest block has access from Mollenhagens Road, and is a 40acre block or 16.79ha., with approximately 10 acres of abandoned plantation.
    Both Hidden Valley and Tranquillity Plantations, also have access from Steeds Road on the western boundary. Both properties are bounded on the southern side by National Parks and a Water Reserve.
    There are over 550,000 tea trees on the two plantations at 33,000 per hectare- about 17 hectares of total plantations.

    The Tea tree Industry came from small beginnings in 1991 and from then to stay productive one had to grow the business by increasing production and hence the purchase of the other properties.

    Tea Tree Plantation
    There is approximately 110,000 tea trees planted on this plantation. About 11,000 to the acre that is about 11 acres. This close planting from experience could be made bigger if planting the other cleared allotment.
    Still, plant and equipment are on site but sold separately. Owners are happy to assist with first harvest after the first rains. Owners are happy to give details of marketer in NSW and all licence requirements and provide an extensive library of information. One of the Owners was National Chairman of the Tea Tree Industry Of Australia (ATTIA) for several years. However ANEO and branding is not for sale.
    There is a demand for tea tree mulch, and with a little TLC and repairs, the old oil industry could be reinstated.
    However currently the land is great grazing, with options one being that around 1/3 of area could be in small crops with the large dam of some 50 megs, at present, that could be made larger if required.

    Slashed Acreage - Anisata experiment.
    There is also about 25 acres of irrigated ( drip fed from bore) grasslands that was an anista experimental plantation. This could be used for crops or cattle. There have been successful, cash crops of water melon, sweet potato and pumpkin. If buying for tea tree sales this could easily be planted out with tea tree but with a recommended 20 -25,000 seedlings per acres. Irrigation for tea trees is only required at seedling stage to get the plants established.


    FENCING
    The fencing is farm style with brand new fencing on the road allotment and the Steeds Road entrance .New Cocky gates have just been made. Beautification has been added by signage and water hardy plants.
    .Tea tree Industry- INSIGHT
    The owners have been in the industry since 1990. It is a slowly growing industry and many advancements have been made including the adoption of tea tree oil into the European Cornucopia of oils. They have been involved in the marketing of oil and have stayed with the one overseas marketer which has held them in good stead. Loyalty is highly prized in this market.
