About me

As Michael Dempsey’s son, Kurt was raised with the Real Estate industry playing a fundamental role in his upbringing. It is no surprise therefore, that Kurt has followed in his father’s footsteps and paved his way as a successful sales agent in the industry. Initially beginning his Real Estate career nine years ago as a receptionist, Kurt then worked as a personal assistant to Michael before venturing out on his own as an independent agent. It is Kurt’s dynamic energy, charisma and impressive negotiation skills that set him apart from his competitors and allows him to deliver the best outcome for his clients. Kurt enjoys supporting his buyers on their journey to find their dream home and in turn he goes above and beyond to ensure that his sellers have a stress-free and straight-forward sale.
Having been born and raised in the Bundaberg region, Kurt is passionate about the area and in particular Moore Park Beach. Having grown up in the peaceful coastal community, Kurt enjoys spending as much of his free time as possible there, surfing or walking along the kilometres of white, sandy beach. Outside of work, you’ll find Kurt heavily involved in community activities and sports. He is the founder of Young Business Bundaberg, which is aimed at young business minded individuals and creates an environment for them to network and support one another. On the weekend, you may spot Kurt playing rugby league, union, or rowing.
